Adobe released a new version which might be the reason this version is no longer available under this URL.

Yes adobe released a new version and removed the old one from the servers. The new one is flash-plugin-10.0.32.18-release.i386.rpm. Renaming the ebuild in my local portdir to adobe-flash-10.0.32.18.ebuild solves the problem.
Now that we have a new version of adobe-flash available this bug can be closed.
