Just a simple request to add the LinuxPPS http://ftp.enneenne.com/pub/misc/linuxpps/refclocks/nmea/nmea.patch to net-misc/ntp for the atom version of the NMEA clocksource with PPS support.

from what i can see, upstream ntp-4.2.6p1 includes this already
