Hi,

your packages metadata.xml is missing a <herd> tag. 

Affected packages:
graaff@gentoo.org gnome-extra/gnome-do
graaff@gentoo.org gnome-extra/gnome-do-plugins
graaff@gentoo.org gnome-extra/gnome-do-plugins

Quoting from the Gentoo Developer Handbook, Chapter 4
