Bug 278423 – net-irc/kvirc-4.1_pre4624 fails to build with USE="-kde"

I'm reporting this bug because the package in summary fails to build when forcing --as-needed on through spec files (check out http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2008/11/14/problems-and-mitigation-strategies-for-as-needed for details).

Please note that this bug _might_ apply to -Wl,--as-needed in LDFLAGS as well; in both cases it should be fixed. Also, if this is due to the package in question not respecting user-defined LDFLAGS, you should get to fix that too.

I can't reproduce this bug with LD_AS_NEEDED="".

I was unable to reproduce it with net-irc/kvirc-4.0_pre3831.
Diego could you run newer version?

I'll try also soon as 4.0.0 final is added to tree, current versions in tree are vulnerable to a open security bug.

Missing #ifdef for Kopete support.

Adds missing #ifdef around KDE specific Kopete support, not sure if this is related to asneeded in anyway btw...

fixes building here, and kvirc seems to work (although I have no way to test this videodevice part of the code this touches)
