zpaq is unified compression tool for high-compression PAQ algorithms.

I based the ebuild on one for app-arch/paq8l from sunrise overlay. As zpaq supplies no Makefile, it uses toolchain-funcs to get C++ compiler and builds both zpaq & unzpaq with it.

It installs default 'configuration files' into /usr/share/zpaq, as they are more like compression profiles of which one has to be chosen and supplied in ARGV.

It also specifies 'doc' flag which causes ZPAQ spec (in .pdf) to be installed to docdir.
