I'm not sure it's good idea (now), see bug #285315 .

Can we proceed with this stabilization!? As current stable doesn't compile anymore on x86 and it is a reverse dep of dev-perl/Mail-IMAPClient from Bug #301836 !

Heartbeat depends on Mail-IMAPClient. And as part of the stabilization of Mail-IMAPClient, heartbeat should compile against it, but that isn't the case, as heartbeat-2.0.7 doesn't compile at all! ;-)

We will stabilize heartbeat-3.x in the near future, instead.
