Description Evan Teran 2009-07-10 15:59:22 UTC
Every time /etc/init.d/vmware is run (so every boot if it is in the default run-level) the vmware create a unix domain socket in /var/run/ named "vmnat.####" where #### is the pid of vmnet-natd.

Unfortunately, this file is never removed. Meaning that over time /var/run/ is filled with an ever increasing number of files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. execute: /etc/init.d/vmware restart multiple times
2. ls /var/run
3. you will see several /var/run/vmnat.#### files
