While installing the baselayout package emerge wants to write "/home/.keep". 
However if /home is an autofs directory (because of NFS homes) that directoy
isn't writeable therefore an error occurs.  System packages have nothing to do
in /home.  No package has anything to do there.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge baselayout

Actual Results:  
--- /home/
!!! copy /var/tmp/portage/baselayout-1.8.6.10/image/home/.keep -> /home/.keep
failed.
!!! [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/.keep#new'
