In x11-plugins/wmnd ebuilds (versions 0.4.11-r1 and 0.4.13) is net-analyzer/net-snmp defined as build dependecy only (DEPEND). However wnmd binary requires libsnmp to _run_ if build with snmp support.

ldd /usr/bin/wmnd 
...
	libsnmp.so.15 => /usr/lib/libsnmp.so.15 (0x00007fe8677c9000)
...

Definition of the snmp dependency should be moved to RDEPEND.

Fixed (and wiped out oldest version).
