pidgin-cmds adds two new slash commands to Pidgin: /shout, which sends a message to all active conversations, and /grep, which searches through the present conversation for a given string.

Not all that broad a plugin, but it's my first submitted ebuild, so I figured I'd start small. Corrections and suggestions welcome.
