I suggest remasking Qt-3.2 before a group of ~x86 users start asking questions
all over forums, IRC etc...

Basically Qt-3.2 wants >=kdelibs-3.2; but kdelibs-3.2 ebuilds don't exist yet.

You are correct.  I thought my package mask was all inclusive for 3.2 but it wasn't.  Fixed.
