I've created an ebuild for the miniupnpc client library and helper utility.

Reproducible: Always

I've tested this on AMD64, should work with other archs without any hassle.

This would be useful, if they managed to get stable API out since net-p2p/transmission is shipping a internal copy of it and upstream
decided not to use the system copy because of this. :(

Quoting:

A release with pkg-config and version string inside it would help A LOT for example.
