The newest version of KID3 does not built on a KDE 3.5 system because KDE4 dependencies are pulled in by 'inherit kde4-base'. Changing this to 'inherit kde' makes it build perfectly.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run a stable system with kde 3.5
2. build kid3 from unstable/~x86
3.

Actual Results:  
The upgrade fails with an kdelibs dependency conflict.

Expected Results:  
Software should build

We will support only kde4 in newest kid versions.
We had discussion about it and sorry, this is the reality.
