Try your updating linux-headers by #emerge linux-headers, this bug has been resolved i think (I had having the same problem with gaming sources)
Comment 5 Paweł Sikora 2003-08-22 05:24:39 UTC
i see diffrence in <asm/byteorder.h> between 2.4.19 and 2.4.21-grsec.
with 2.4.19's headers it works.

If this is a problem in the future, please reopen.
Comment 8 Terje Kvernes 2003-10-24 11:41:52 UTC
this bit me with linux-headers 2.4.21, kdemultimedia 3.1.4, running ~x86
from scratch.
