4ti2 is a specialized software for solving combinatorial and algebraic problems like computing generating sets and groebner basis of toric ideals or linear algebra over the integers.

A preliminary ebuild is now available in the science-overlay.

Licence is GPL-2, I suggest it for the category sci-mathematics.
