poco 1.3.5 is out but the ebuilds here are for 1.3.4 when can we expect a 1.3.5 in portage?
well, according to upstream's release plan 1.3.6 should have been out already, which I waited for. An ebuild for a 1.3.6 snapshot is in my overlay for the impatient (I'll upload the snapshot tarball on request).

1.3.6_p2 is out and required for openssl-1 compability, bug 327769 (as I understand it, it should work out of box) otherwise we have to lastrite poco & reverse deps.
