Hello.

Please add patch and/or update release shortly after it out. Its big problem for all that use quagga for 'Full View BGP'. Quagga crash if get ASN4 with message 

 Assertion `len < str_size' failed in file bgp_aspath.c, line 619, function aspath_make_str_count

This issue should be fixed in quagga-0.99.11-r1.
