There is issue incorrect processing of SRS time stamp. Therefore exim rejects incoming sender verifications from outside with SRS address in certain moments of time. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set max_age greater than `echo $((($(date +%s) / 86400) & 1023))`
Actual Results:  
Time stamp expired

Expected Results:  
verification successful

<=mail-filter/libsrs_alt-1.0_rc1-r1 need to be MASKED

Should be fixed in libsrs_alt-1.0 which is already in the tree.
