this is an update to the rc-script for starting network-devices. when starting, it checks if a cable is connected to the interface. depending on the cable plugged in or not, it will or will not start dhcpcd. this is an initial release. i'm going to add a routine that will repeatingly check the interface for a cable and launch dhcpcd if necessary. this script requires mii-diag to be installed. michael
