A simple version bump works fine; however, the homepage should be updated see the attached diff for details.

It should also be noted that a QA notice is outputted about an unrecognized configure option, but the gnome2 eclass is causing that problem.

Ebuild updates for gtksourceviewmm-2.10.0

Ebuild updates for gtksourceviewmm-2.10.0:
  * Use EAPI 2 for src_prepare phase
  * Update homepage
  * Use correct license
  * Move ebuild variables into their standard locations
  * Update rdeps
  * Modify sed line to continue working correctly

It also might be nice to change the doc use flag to something else like html since using the doc use flag triggers a QA warning due to the configure script not supporting the gtk-doc option which is set conditionally by the gnome2 eclass.
