The specified file size in the manifest (and possibly the checksums as well) are incorrect.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download ibm-java-sdk-6.0-4.0-linux-ppc.tgz
2. emerge -u ibm-jdk-bin
3.

Actual Results:  
Brutal error about file size mismatch.  I really wish IBM would just allow people to mirror this bin...

Expected Results:  
Extract and install as normal.
