Hi,

i have added www-servers/spawn-fcgi to the tree again. it would be cool to see the next bumps of cherokee and lighttpd use this.

the new spawn-fcgi includes the startup script from bug #149467 - it has many more features than the current (an hopefully fewer bugs). however, for lighttpd users of spawn-fcgi this may mean a configuration migration. given the bug ridden state of the current scripts the migration is probably warranted.

the current spawn-fcgi ebuild blocks on all existing versions of lighttpd and cherokee.
