Please post your "emerge --info" and attach the build.log in english language. Not all of us understand german error messages ;)

Can you emerge dev-perl/File-RsyncP with MAKEOPTS=-j1 ?
If it works, do you still see a number of warnings?

The Makefile is not correct.
Maybe it needs something like the attached patch.

i don't know how to integrate the patch in the ebuild. if you send me an ebuild including the patch, then i can test the emerge process with -j5.
