If you install the xf86-input-evdev-2.2.0, you'll lost the repeat function on left & down arrow...
(Like this bug on Ubuntu)

If you get the xf86-input-evdev-2.1.3 all works allright again...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Emerge xf86-input-evdev-2.2.0
2.Enter to X
3.Test your arrow keys
