Hi, Wojciech. First, export your locale to native C if you want developers to know what compiller message means. Then post here your build error, not the message about failure. Also please include your emerge --info report.

Is there specific reason you try wine-0.9.58? The latest stable i see is 1.1.10. Do you have any problems with that version?
Yes, the Professor Henry 5.0 - application for learning English vocabularly runs only in wine-0.9.58. In newest versions a black screen appears and obscures the other Henry's windows.
(In reply to comment #5) > Yes, the Professor Henry 5.0 - application for learning English vocabularly > runs only in wine-0.9.58. In newest versions a black screen appears and > obscures the other Henry's windows. > I'd say you're contradicting yourself: if it displays anything valid and doesn't crash, it does run. Anyway, did you try reporting the problem with that program in wine's bugzilla (cause if you did, I can't find it) ?
older versions are provided to hopefully make people's lives easier. that doesnt mean they're supported.
