It would be useful to have a record in this bug on

a) What this package is (to not have to go lookup in the homepage)
b) What are the benefits over regular layman

> a) What this package is (to not have to go lookup in the homepage)

it's a tiny tool that allows you to add an overlay from single command line call.
it's of use when dealing with overlays that are not yet in layman-global.txt.

> b) What are the benefits over regular layman

it removes the need to write an XML file to add an overlay.

Ebuild was move to betagarden in the mean time.
I'm closing this bug as nobody will be looking for layman-add. Please feel free to re-open if you have reason to.
