What version of libXrender and renderproto do you have installed? It might help to upgrade those packages first, to get good versions of render.h and Xrender.h.
*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 238665 ***
Sorry about this bug, it was my mistake. When I installed KDE4, renderproto 0.9.3 was a dependency, so I had liXrender 0.9.2 with that one installed. Now renderproto 0.9.2 is accepted for KDE4, so after downgrading, issue solved.
