rubyripper needs "svg" USE flag in x11-libs/cairo

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rebuild cairo with svg flag
2.rebuild rcairo



Testing support for the graphical frontend...
/usr/lib64/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/cairo-1.8.0/src/lib/cairo/constants.rb:19: uninitialized constant Cairo::SVGVersion (NameError)
