yep this is the failing test, but I've been unable to find out what's wrong, that's why I reported in the first place :p.
ok, it seems the tests don't actually like we you don't have en_US locale, but even when I'm adding it, I'm still getting the pasted error, even with 0.1.31 release. I'd suggest disabling tests requiring accentuated characters for a lack of a better fix (the test fails no matter what locale I use).
