configure: error: libldap (OpenLDAP) 32-bit development files not found, LDAP won't be supported.
This is an error since --with-ldap was requested.


Obviously wine with ldap flag on should depend on OpenLDAP

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unmerge ldap if you not have it.
2. Emerge wine-1.1.13 with USE="ldap"

It seems that having ldap emerged does not help.
