Bug 255482 – sys-apps/portage: show USE causing dep on masked package

Currently, when trying to merge a package depending on a masked one I get a message like the following:
Calculating dependencies... done!

!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "=dev-dotnet/gluezilla-2.2*" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- dev-dotnet/gluezilla-2.2 (masked by: ~amd64 keyword)

For more information, see the MASKED PACKAGES section in the emerge
man page or refer to the Gentoo Handbook.
(dependency required by "dev-lang/mono-2.2" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "net-dns/libidn-1.5-r1" [installed])
(dependency required by "kde-base/kdelibs-3.5.9-r4" [installed])
(dependency required by "kde-base/kdeprint-3.5.9" [installed])
(dependency required by "kde-base/kpdf-3.5.9" [installed])
(dependency required by "world" [argument])

Would be nice if it would also tell me that this is required because of !minimal USE flag for mono

This is fixed in 2.1.9.36 and 2.2.0_alpha20.
