Hi,

Thanks for the ebuild. It would need more work before any inclusion. Here are some comments on how to fit our requirements:
* inherit libtool eutils autotools: of what I see you don't need any of those
* DESCRIPTION: make it shorter
* HOMEPAGE: mafycek.net does not seem to be the project homepage
* DEPEND="gsl lapack": it's IUSE format. DEPEND has other format
* LICENSE="GPL": indicate which GPL version: 2,3, etc...
* SRC_URI="http://downloads.sourceforge.net/${PN}/${P}.tar.gz": use mirror
* in src_compile: no EXTRA_ECONF in ebuilds, use econf --includedir=<blah>
* in src_install: the pkg-config file should be handled by the autoconf and make install so you should not need it. Also make sure you install docs such as AUTHORS, README, etc...
