konq_copytomenu.h is excluded by the patches/fixes of the package libkonq/files/*.

But it is necassery to compile dolphin. 
The compilation is breaking by 70% compiling the, it's asking for konq_copytomenu.h but it don't find it. 

If i extract the source/pkg libkonq and copy include/konq_copytomenu.h to /usr/kde/4.1/include/konq_copytomenu, dolphin is compling now correctly.
