Gallery 2.3 upgraded "successfully", but the upgraded gallery does not work-- the main page yields an error: Error (ERROR_MISSING_VALUE) : Undefined map: GallerySessionMap in modules/core/classes/GalleryStorage.class at line 1256 (GalleryCoreApi::error) in modules/core/classes/GalleryStorage.class at line 1248 (GalleryStorage::describeMap) in modules/core/classes/GalleryStorage.class at line 571 (GalleryStorage::describeMap) in modules/core/classes/GalleryCoreApi.class at line 2912 (GalleryStorage::getMapEntry) in modules/core/classes/GallerySession.class at line 872 (GalleryCoreApi::getMapEntry) in modules/core/classes/GallerySession.class at line 231 (GallerySession::_loadSessionData) in modules/core/classes/Gallery.class at line 287 (GallerySession::init) in init.inc at line 124 (Gallery::initSession) in main.php at line 81 Therefore, recommend re-adding a 2.2 release and masking 2.3 until these problems are fixed.
Probably you have not updated you gallery installation properly. Please, describe what you did, and attach upgrade log.

Upstream bug report is filled. I don't think reverting 2.2.6 is a good solution now as this problem is triggered by something not very common: For me gallery-2.3 works fine and I know some other users who already upgraded. Let's hear what upstream tells us and then we'll make decision what to do. Thanks for providing information.
Where is the upstream bug? Could 2.2.6 please be re-added? Even if 2.3 is left in the tree, 2.2 would be nice to have available. I am trying to move my webserver to a new system, but cannot install 2.2.6 on it due to this... :/
