And if you manually add 'INSTALLDIR=/usr' it then complains about a missing '/usr/lib/rkhunter/tmp'. If you create that, then it complains about missing internationalisation directory '/usr/lib/rkhunter/db/i18n'. Creating this directory does not help, as it then complains about missing language files. So overall, I think that this ebuild is rather broken.
As the Changelog says - Bump to 1.3.4. Might need some more love. I'll have a look.
