Description Bjoern Olausson 2009-01-06 15:55:50 UTC
Actually erverything was working.

At some point cyrus stopped working (I cant say why, cause there were no update to cyrus except in the last day (2.3.13-r1) and I took the chance that this update might fix my problem, but on)

So when I try to check my mails with IMAPS I Kmail just aborts the process and in the messages on the server I can read the following:

-------------------
Jan 6 16:42:00 kolab imap[18943]: TLS server engine: cannot load CA data
Jan 6 16:42:00 kolab imap[18943]: imapd:Loading hard-coded DH parameters
Jan 6 16:42:00 kolab imap[18943]: starttls: TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits new) no authentication
Jan 6 16:42:01 kolab imap[18943]: login: XXXXX.pool.einsundeins.de [IP] my@domain.de PLAIN+TLS User logged in
-------------------

Thats all.

I tried to rebuild cyrus and cyrus admin, no go.

I tried to login without SSL support (No Encryption; Plaintext but All I got was:
---------------------
Jan 6 16:44:19 kolab imap[18962]: login: login: XXXXX.pool.einsundeins.de [IP] my@domain.de plaintext User logged in
---------------------

and Kmail aborted.

I tried to login with TLS adn I got the same error like when using SSL.

The We Frontend is not working. If I try to login vie the horde webfrontend I get the following message repeated:

Jan 6 16:48:31 kolab imap[19127]: login: kolab.mydomain.de [127.0.0.1] my@domain.de PLAIN User logged in
Jan 6 16:48:55 kolab imap[19137]: badlogin: kolab.mydomain.de [127.0.0.1] PLAIN [SASL(-13): authentication failure: Password verification failed]

I know I typed my passwork correct.

Please don't CC maintainers when you cannot assign bugs.
Comment 4 Torsten Veller (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-05-24 14:45:30 UTC
With wrobel's retirement the only dev working on the kolab-overlay has left.
WONTFIX seems to be the solution for the bugs until someone steps up.
Comment 5 Bjoern Olausson 2010-05-24 15:27:03 UTC
I agree. I kicked out kolab anyway.

Kind regards
Bjoern
