You've included the compilation error for gtk-sharp-2.10.2 which is irrelevant since banshee depends on >=2.12.6. To install that version, you must first emerge -C glib-sharp, then emerge -1 gtk-sharp. Note that the new mono-stuff is interdependent, so you'll have to upgrade your entire mono stack to ~amd64.
