Can you try to see if using MAKEOPTS=-j1 helps?
Comment 3 Mike Limansky 2008-12-06 22:50:09 UTC
I've tried to compile with MAKEOPTS=-j1, the problem is still reproduced.

Hi all, do you have any news?
I've tried to upgrade to the latest available version (0.116.1) and there are no compilation problems. Maybe it would be easier to mark the new version as stable?

Reading this and other related bugs, trying to understand what is going on.

If jackd 0.109.2 is a deprecated version according to upstream, why the heck is it still in the tree?

Keywording ~x86 to get later version now means netjack use flag is not honored. What gives with that?

Is there a Gentoo version that works with netjack, without adding yet another 'overlay'?

Can someone confirm a version in the overlay that works (~x86, netjack), if that's the only reasonable option now?

Simple. Because 0.116.2 is not marked stable yet.

Before doing these useless and slightly offensive remarks, might as well do some research first?

http://trac.jackaudio.org/wiki/WalkThrough/User/NetJack

"NetJack is part of jack1 since version 0.116.0."

http://netjack.sourceforge.net/

"Netjack is a Realtime Audio Transport over a generic IP Network. It is fully integrated into JACK."
