I'm reporting this bug because the package in summary fails to build when forcing --as-needed on through spec files (check out http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2008/11/14/problems-and-mitigation-strategies-for-as-needed for details).

Not just with forced, it was filtering it wrong, updated the filter, _make sure the bug is open if you filter!_

flameeyes: As of mysql 5.0.83, mysql's own problems with as-needed are fixed, so please retest with that.
