Updated ebuild for cbm:

- EAPI 4, use base eclass;
- add missing dependency on app-text/docbook-xml-dtd:4.4 - without it documentation building failed.

Christian, i would like to add this in main tree. Should i add you as co-maintainer or you are not interested in this package anymore?
