This is for GCC 4.3 stabilisation.  Please add arches as you see fit. Thanks.

cc'ing arches and please stabilize sci-libs/cifparse-obj-7.025.

Emerges fine for me on amd64 and x86. The package comes with a test suite
that should pass apart from a bunch of syntax errors in Test 13, the cause
of which I haven't investigated.
