Many users that use nginx for web use php-fpm patchset for great fastcgi support. Please add flag and pach to ebuld.

Patch for the php-5.2.6-r7 ebuild to enable php-fpm
The attached patch is far from complete (i.e. enabling fpm should probably be handled by a USE flag), but maybe it is useful for someone.
