sci-mathematics/ginac-1.3.7 fails when bulding with sci-libs/cln-1.2.2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -va ginac 
(1.3.7 stable at this time)
Actual Results:  
could not compile

Expected Results:  
compile successfully

Good that you make full build.log and environment available, but in the future please use 'create a new attachment' link to attach them directly to the bug report (as I have done). This allows bugs to be self-contained and not depend on external servers being up to have important information.

Also, how about adding 'emerge --info' output; this includes information that often helps in reproducing bugs.
