Last time I got a message I shall compile libX11 with xcb(forgot the reason). Now Opera fails at start with several libxcb errors. I try diffrent versions, > including the masked ones. Invoking opera like: $ LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=1 opera actually launches opera after printing lots of "Locking assertion failures". Might be useful until the problem is solved.
It's basically not Opera's problem to solve, I think. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 176839 ***
