Bug 23810 – net-www/netscape-*4.8 (Update)

Hi.

Althogh many people have migrated to other browsers,
4.8 was released shortly after 4.79-r1.ebuild was created. 
So I updated net-www/netscape-communicator and 
net-www/netscape-navigator. Some people still use 
netscape 4.x products and may find them useful.

One problem here is its version number. Netscape made
its version 4.8 instead of 4.80. It should be regarded
as 4.80 but I don't now how to express it in ebuild.
(Can I simply rename netscape-navigator-4.8.ebuild to
netscape-navigator-4.80 even though the vendor wouldn't?)
