Patch to load correctly the wcte11xp module for OpenVox D110PG digital card (only works on zaptel versions: 1.4.9, 1.4.9.1 and 1.4.9.2)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. This patch should be added to the zaptel 1.4.9.X ebuild only (the user should create a local overlay)


Actual Results:  
Load correctly wcte11xp module for OpenVox D110PG

Expected Results:  
The D110PG works correctly as a telephony digital card

net-misc/zaptel was removed from the portage tree on 2011-02-27. please upgrade to net-misc/dahdi.
