Okay, patch committed to metadata.dtd. Done on the GDP's end.

Now you just need to get devrel to update their handbook with the patch. The patch is good; just needs to be applied.

By the way, it would be nice if a summary of such changes was sent to gentoo-dev-announce@ when they happen.
