Bug 234460 – Separate out gdk-pixbuf from GTK+ to support librsvg on headless machines

While librsvg currently depends on full GTK+, all it really needs is gdk-pixbuf. This can be built separately. Please see the attached sample patch (it drops the ATK dependency and creates a none target that only builds pixbuf, 87 lines).
Spoke to mraudsepp on IRC, who intends to discuss this with upstream.

I think I'll just take the patch, because I won't install X11 plus GTK only to get mediawiki svg support...

Not only is this fixed upstream, but we will *have* to create an ebuild for gdk-pixbuf since it's been completely ripped out! Yay!

Fixed versions are already in the tree, for now package.masked but they will be unmasked in the near future (for Gnome 2.32)
