http://code.google.com/p/odvr/ is a tool to get sound files from Olympus Digital Voice Recorders that have a proprietary USB protocol.

I also would like to have this added as it seems to be the only way to get my Olympus voice recorder working. What is the status of this package?

Don't needed patch for Makefile. Also install README small doc into /usr/share/doc

There is an even newer version 0.1.5 available.
I just renamed the ebuild and that one worked
Had to add emake odvr-gui to get the gui compiled and installed
Maybe adding ~amd64?
Somehow I need to be root to run both cli and gui app.
