The homepage seems to be gone. Is there a new one available? I did find http://svn.weird-birds.org/wbc/portage/kde-apps/cppsymbolviewer/, but I am not sure how this is connected...

yes the page seems to be gone and the one you found is actually my ebuild on my private subversion server.
But this is nothing to worry about, because actually kde >= 3.2 offers allready such a plugin with kate
